• Plan preference — which subscription plan you chose (Spotter or Full Airport).
• Basic usage data — pages visited and links clicked in our emails, used only to improve the service.

How We Use Your Data

• To send you flight deal alerts for your selected airport(s).
• To manage your subscription and billing.
• To improve the quality and relevance of our alerts.

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of Spot Flights except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processors).

We Will Never Sell Your Data

Your email address and airport preferences are used exclusively for sending you flight deal alerts. Full stop. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we delete your email and preferences within 30 days.

How to Unsubscribe

Every deal alert email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed immediately — no confirmation emails, no dark patterns. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will remove you manually within 24 hours.

Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only — no tracking pixels, no ad retargeting. We use a session cookie to remember your airport preference during your visit.

Security

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use HTTPS everywhere and follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
